The main attraction of the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition is the new HyperRendering technology, which introduces OnePlus’ new proprietary performance platform: Trinity Engine. With this technology, OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition can achieve realistic lighting effects by optimizing the GPU and display for realistic HDR graphics.
The phone’s 1.5K 1-120Hz ProXDR display features fourth-generation LTPO technology and supports PWM dimming up to 2160Hz. And just like the regular OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R, this limited edition can also reach a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits. Inside the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition is a 5,500mAh battery that charges at up to 100W using a SuperVooc charger. Thanks to OnePlus’ CPU-Vita technology from the Trinity Engine (so many buzzwords), the phone can automatically adjust processor performance for optimal performance and low power consumption. The OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and has 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage running OxygenOS 14.
Now let’s talk about design. The phone features a stunning and beautiful Electro Violet color scheme with a purple back panel inspired by Keqing’s appearance in the game. The frosted glass also features silver and white feather motifs, an electric element with Keqing’s signature stiletto lightning design and “KEQING” lettering on the base.
The frame is designed using an engraving process called electro-etching, so you will see the “Keqing” text carved into the top edge of the phone. This unique engraving process reflects light and can project “KEQING” characters onto nearby surfaces, which is cool.
