One of the users made two requests to the chatbot. In the first, she asked him to write a poem about the positive qualities of former US President Donald Trump. The second – the same thing, but about the current President Joe Biden.
On the first request, the chatbot said it would not produce political content. In the second, he gave a finished poem about Biden with the lines “A sincere leader”.
We were able to recreate this experiment and have the chatbot respond differently to queries. Additionally, ChatGPT refused to produce any poetry (both positive and negative) about Putin.
