Google Gemini is getting a little smarter thanks to a small change recently discovered by 9to5Google. The AI assistant will now answer “common questions” even if your device Android blocked.
According to Google’s support page, commands like “What’s the weather?” used to require you to unlock your phone first. However, Google now allows you to “get answers from Gemini without unlocking your device.” Previously, Gemini could only control features like alarms, timers, and media when your phone was locked.
