Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Note isn’t really coming back, but that doesn’t mean it’s “dead”. Basically, the phone made popular by the S Pen has now become the current Galaxy S Ultra and should continue to do so for the next few years.
Speaking on the subject was TM Roh, head of Samsung’s mobile division. The information comes from well-known mobile expert Ice Universe, who posted the executive’s speech on Twitter:

“Starting from this year, the Galaxy Note will appear in the form of S Ultra every year,” said Roh.
The executive’s statement later confirms that the Galaxy S Ultra is a permanent addition to Samsung’s family of high-end devices, and its next version should also come with the S Pen.
By this logic, the next device in the series should be the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which comes with the most traditional models of the family, the Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23, in the first quarter of next year.
