This year 2024 Honor wanted to end the year in the best possible way and with the successor to the 200 line, presented on December 2 in China, Honor 300 Ultra.

Like the 300 Pro, this Honor cell phone comes with a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Honor claims a total maximum brightness of 1,200 nits and a maximum brightness of up to 4,000 nits. One area where the 300 Ultra has an advantage is its in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

As for the camera, it features a 50MP periscope lens (IMX858) with 3.8x optical zoom and f/3.0 aperture.

It also supports Harcourt Portrait mode, which simulates the signature look of portraits shot in a historic Parisian photography studio with signature lighting effects. The new periscope can take pictures from even further away, and Honor has also added a dedicated AI lighting control engine that helps maintain realistic light and shadow effects.

The periscope module is joined by a 50 MP main lens (IMX906) with optical image stabilization and a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

It has a 5,300mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 80W wireless charging support. The phone is also IP65 rated and supports connectivity to two satellites in China.

The Honor 300 Ultra comes in Camellia White and Ink Rock Black colours. Price starts from 4199 yuan (577 US dollars) and reaches a maximum 4699 yuan (646 US dollars) for the model with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB.
