A survey of iPhone users showed that artificial intelligence is an important factor when choosing a mobile phone. Apple Intelligence ‘doesn’t add value’ to user experience
The survey responses shed some interesting details, such as: 58.4% of respondents did not use Apple Intelligence features present in iOS 18.1. Those who did this responded that it did not provide much benefit and that there were other, more important options on their mobile phone.
Although the survey is aimed at users aged 18 and older living in the United States, the results provide insight into Apple Intelligence and people’s perception of AI. A significant portion of respondents were not familiar with the technology or simply You haven’t updated your iPhone to iOS 18.1..
Another problem that Cupertino residents face is feature availability and its implementation at the regional level. Apple will continue to offer the remaining Apple Intelligence features until 2025, causing user interest to decline. Added to this is that many of them will not be launched simultaneously in the European Union.
The truth is that despite the shortcomings of Apple Intelligence, 79% of users are satisfied with their iPhone and is not considering switching to Samsung to use Galaxy AI.
