Announced by Samsung in early January, Galaxy A23 5G and Galaxy A04e phones on sale in Brazil officially starting this Friday (27). The new members of the Galaxy A family, which serve different audiences, bring with them a series of interesting features and Android 12.

Compatible with the fifth generation mobile internet networks, A23 5G offers the opportunity to watch movies, TV series and play games online without experiencing delays and disconnections by taking advantage of the technology made available in the country in the second half of 2022. It has a 6.6 inch LCD screen with FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz frequency.

The processor is Snapdragon 695 with 4GB of RAM (up to 8GB) and 128GB of expandable storage with RAM Plus functionality. There are four cameras on the back, the main 50 MP with optical image stabilization (OIS), the front 8 MP. The battery is 5,000 mAh with support for 25W fast charging.

Available in blue, white and black, Suggested price of Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is R$2,299. The South Korean giant’s new agent can be found in the brand’s online store and at the country’s main retailers.

Galaxy A04e: the more affordable option

Galaxy A04e, on the other hand, is an entry-level smartphone with a 6.5-inch LCD screen, HD+ resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood is the MediaTek P35 chip, 3GB of RAM – doubling the memory with RAM Plus functionality – and 64GB of storage expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.

In terms of cameras, the most basic model only has two rear lenses, a 13MP main and 2MP depth lens, and a 5MP selfie sensor in a drop-shaped cutout. The battery is identical to the A23 5G with artificial intelligence to improve energy efficiency but without fast charging.
