Poco launched this Monday (6) mobile phones X5 and X5 ProBringing good camera sets, NFC and affordable prices among attractions. Another highlight is the 5G connectivity available in both variants.

Starting from here poco x5 standardThe model, which has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, has a FHD + resolution and a frequency rate of 120 Hz. The processor is Snapdragon 695, which can be accompanied by 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of expandable storage with a microSD card (up to 1 TB).

The camera set is accompanied by a 48 MP main sensor, a 13 MP selfie set with an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 2 MP macro partnership. Also included is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band Wi-Fi, IP53 water and dust protection certification, and a P2 headphone port.

Running MIUI 13 based on Android 12, Poco X5 5G starts at $249, equivalent to around R$1,300 at today’s price in the 6GB + 128GB version. It debuted in India where it can be found in blue, green and black colours.

Showcasing improvements in specifications, the Poco X5 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 778G chip with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal space. Changes are also seen in the cameras, with the main sensor reaching a resolution of 108 MP and recording in 4K – the selfie lens records at 16 MP.

Other differences are 67W fast charging, compatibility with Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6, MIUI 14 interface with Android 13 and virtual RAM functionality, in addition to the presence of stereo speakers. The screen is the same as adopted in the base model.

Sold in blue, black and yellow colors, Poco X5 Pro starts at $299 (about BRL 1,500) with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There are still no forecasts for the launch of the new Poco mobiles in Brazil.
