The next foldable flagship from Samsung it will be very different from the model currently on the market. According to new rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 could introduce several new features, including a form factor that has been at least partially revised. Ice Universe leaker claims the next smartphone will weigh a little less than the Galaxy Fold 3.

Samsung currently sells two different foldable smartphones: the Fold series, which has a booklet form factor and a screen that once opened reaches the diagonal of a small tablet, and thus the Z Flip, which instead has a clamshell form factor

If the Ice Universe rumor is true, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 could become the lightest foldable smartphone on the market. It would have a weight of only 245 gramsi, with a 5% reduction over the current generation, which weighed 266.

Such a strong decrease in weight could be due to a major overhaul of the design of the foldable smartphone, which could present itself this year with a completely revised look. Will it really be so? All that’s left is to wait a few more months to find out more.
