Zepp, formerly known as Huami, is known for its Amazfit-branded smartwatches and Mi Band smart bracelets. Few people know that the company also sells Amazfit-branded fitness trackers called Amazfit Band.

This product line may soon be supplemented with a new model after almost two years. Zepp’s latest self-branded fitness bracelet went official in the second half of 2020 as the Amazfit Band 5.

It can be called a professional version of Mi Band 5.as it is similar to Xiaomi brand wearable but with some extra features.

The Mi Band 7 was recently launched in China and is expected to hit international markets very soon. Prior to that, a Logger report suggests that Zepp may also be launching its own fitness brand soon.

However, unlike the Amazfit Band 5, which is based on the Mi Band 5, the upcoming Amazfit Band will not look like the Xiaomi Band 7. This product, codenamed Bari, is likely to have model numbers A2177 (standard) and A2283 (NFC).

Expected that rectangular screen with a resolution of 194 x 368 pixels. Most importantly, it will be backed up battery 232 mAh, which is larger than the 180mAh and 200mAh batteries present in Xiaomi Band 7 and Redmi Smart Band Pro respectively.

As far as software is concerned, it will ship with the new Zepp OS. Finally, it will offer a GPS function and a PIN unlock function. At the moment, the commercial name of the next Amazfit Band is unknown. Perhaps more details will emerge in the coming days.

The most reliable thing is that it is called, yes, Amazfit Band 6, as it will be the company’s fifth iteration in the smart sports bracelet market.
