Scientists Discuss Controversial Vasin-Shcherbakov Theory

The Vasin-Shcherbakov theory began to be discussed after the Apollo 12 mission to the Moon, when astronauts dropped a lunar module onto the lunar surface.

At the moment of falling, Seismographs on the Moon detected a type of sound similar to a bell, lasting about eight minutes. A year later, during Apollo 13, cosmonauts conducted another experiment and a similar sound was detected, but its duration was three hours.

Vasin and Shcherbakov’s ‘Is the Moon the Creation of Intelligent Beings?’ His article titled was published in a respected scientific journal of the Soviet Union.
