The Marvel Cinematic Universe doesn’t rest. New trailer for Thor: love and thunder, complete, which follows a teaser released a few weeks ago, once again reveals the details of the next film starring Chris Hemsworth. And, probably, the last one with a mythological hero as a title.
In the new Thor: Love and Thunder, we already have Gorr, the butcher god played by Christian Bale. No wonder, because it was already known that the actor will play the villain in this part. What was unclear was what final look Marvel would give him; like his weight in the movie. Something that, in fact, is still unknown in the handful of published images. Yes, this indicates a certain connection with the Venom universe. Seconds later, when Gorr appears, he is shown wearing a black slimy substance; very similar to symbiotes. Will this be the final union we’ve been waiting for between the two universes? Added Venom scenes or even Spider-Man: No Way Home left little clues to this fact, but did not achieve full integration. Bale’s character Thor: Love and Thunder may be the final answer.
It is also not clear who has the power mjolnir. And that’s not what happened. We saw Jane (Natalie Portman) with Thor’s hammer, but not at some point in the new Marvel movie. In fact, one of the big questions the two released trailers leave us with is what happened to Jane herself from her last film to Thor: Love and Thunder. Some indications suggest that Jane was another victim of Thanos during the Flash and indeed disappeared along with half of civilization. Before or after the character’s cancer? What else is there to see in the new Marvel movie?
Of course, there is also an important gap between the Valkyrie and the Guardians of the Galaxy, the new companions in the game. Thor: Love and Thunder. However, all eyes in this new trailer were on Zeus, played by Russell Crowe, from the god of Olympus, only a simple finger gesture was seen in the image, in which Valkyrie herself uses one of the Greek god’s beams. Some theories suggest that Zeus will be defeated at some point in the film, although this is all rumor at this point.
In any case, we still have to wait for its theatrical release until July 7th to find out all the details.
