An adult, approximately 70 years old, died in the last hours of Monday, January 15., in Bogota. As confirmed by the Ministry of Mobility, this evening a man traveling on foot in an east-west direction on Avenida Suba and Carrera 94 died after being involved in a serious traffic accident.
According to officials, a cyclist was involved in the accident in the northwest of Colombia’s capital.
There is currently a high flow in the area. A Traffic unit has already been deployed and a criminalistics group is heading to the area.

Neighbors in the area reported that the man ran over a cyclist while trying to cross the road. According to eyewitnesses in the area, a resuscitation operation was performed on the man, but unfortunately the man did not react as expected.

Meanwhile around 7.45pm TransMilenio SA announced the suspension of service at La Campiña, Suba-Transversal 91 and 21 Ángeles stations.
