One in three Russians consider their level of stress at work to be high or very high. On a scale of 0 to 5, the average worker scores a 3.
Those who love their job rated their daily stress level an average of 2.7 points, while in a job they hate, this figure is 3.7 points.
Men experience anxiety at work at almost the same level as women, the difference is only 0.1-0.2 points.
In two years, citizens began to worry less at work: in 2021, the stress level was 17%, in 2023, 13%. The average value of the level practically did not change: 3.1 and 3 points, respectively.
