Russian Android app store RuStore has launched a monetization feature for self-employed developers. They can now earn through in-app purchases and subscriptions, as well as by publishing paid apps.
To start doing this one has to go to the “Monetization” section in the developer console and click the “Connect” button. The system will automatically check if he is self-employed – and if he is not registered, it will help enter the necessary data.
The money will go to the card connected by the developer through VK Pay. The minimum payment threshold will be five thousand rubles. If the total annual payment amount is less than one million rubles, the Russtore commission will be 3.35% at the most. If more – then 15%.
