The Looky social network, which positions itself as an analogue of Instagram *, has added neurofilters for generating and processing content, a company representative told RB.RU.

Russian “Instagram analog” Looky added post-processing using a neural network

More than 20 filters are available to users, which can be used for free (later, the social network will make access to the functionality paid).

The integrated neural network generates new images in 24 different styles, from cyberpunk and anime to futurism.

To use the AI functionality, you need to upload a photo, select one to three filters, and within a few minutes, the app will create a neural array of 15 photos. For each filter, the social network generates 5 images. The resulting images can be saved to a smartphone, posted on Looky or other social networks.

The Russian Looky app was launched in December 2022. The development team was previously led by Yegor Yakovlev, who previously headed the Start online cinema. Now Yakovlev is a project consultant. The application is positioned as an analogue of Instagram* in Russia, it works without a VPN and retains its familiar functionality and familiar interface.

In April 2023, Looky raised 300 million rubles from Russian private investors, their names were not disclosed.
