Alexey Vasiliev, co-founder of Blank Bank, after a successful exit, joined the team of Platim.ru – a payment service for information businesses. This was reported to RB.RU in the press service of the company.

Alexey Vasilyev, co-founder of the Blank bank, became the chief financial officer of the Platim service.

He became a senior manager of the company, taking over as CFO and received 6% of the company’s shares. In his new role, Vasiliev will manage the service’s finances and strategic development.

In June 2023, the four founders of Blank Bank – Alexey Vasiliev, Anton Zakharov, Dmitry Salatov, Robert Sabiryanov – left the project to move on. Blank will be more closely integrated with MKB’s fintech services.

  • Platim was founded in April 2021 and launched as a mass payment service for freelancers, but in 2022 the company announced a business model change and began developing its fintech solutions. Now the project is positioning itself as a service for accepting Russian and foreign payments with its own marketplace for promoting and selling products.
  • In December 2022, Platim closed the third round of investments for 23.4 million rubles. The startup’s valuation after the deal was $2.55 million.
