Roskomnadzor (RKN) published a list of services for posting ads, 12 platforms were included in the list, including HeadHunter, Avito and Profi.
Late last year, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law designed to regulate the activities of online classifieds services. These are sites with a daily audience of more than 100,000 users.
The RKN listed the following services:
- headhunter
- “avito”
- great job
- “Cyanogen”
- “Rabota.ru”
- zarplata.ru
- “Yula”
- “Click Home”
- “Yandex. Real Estate”
- “Yandex.Services”
- “Pro”
- auto.ru
These platforms must now ensure that users do not post illegal content on them. Likewise, the holders of the services must ensure the integration of their platforms with the EIAS and with the State Services.
Additionally, these resources are now required to install a web beacon and post contact information on the site.
