The minimum transfer amount is one thousand rubles, the commission is 30 rubles. Previously, it was possible to transfer funds only to cards of “friendly” payment systems: Belcar, Elcart, Korti Milli, and now transfers to Visa and Mastercard cards are available at Sberbank.
