According to Oleg Kononenko, commander of the Roscosmos cosmonaut corps, the coolant leak in the external radiator circuit of the Nauka module on the International Space Station (ISS) did not affect the work of the crew or the conduct of experiments. The situation at the station remains normal and experiments continue normally despite the incident.

Kononenko emphasized that the temperature in the Science module remained comfortable and the crew was allowed to use the treadmill and perform all necessary physical exercises. Roscosmos had previously reported a coolant leak but emphasized that the module’s main thermal control circuit was operating normally, providing stable conditions for the crew and the entire station. The incident does not pose a threat to anyone on the ISS.
