The new co-owner of the holding company since October 13 is Kazbek Invest LLC, the organization was registered in March 2023, its beneficiary is Mikhail Mirzoev.

AFK Sistema, which owns 33.33% of Aqua Invest, confirmed to the agency the sale by Mikhail Yakobashvili of his stake in the organization. They added that “the strategy of building a market leader will remain the same.”

The former owner and founder of Kazbek Invest, Egor Loginov, was a co-owner of Aqua Invest from 2017 to 2019.

Aqua Invest owns 75% of Aqua Holding, which produces Essentuki, Narzan and Arkhyz Vita mineral waters. The structure also owns 100% of Kholod-Rozliv, KMV-Voda and Testi.
