Xreal introduced the Air 2 Ultra VR glasses at CES 2024.
The device received 6DOF sensors to determine the user’s position in space for better measurement of spatial video captured from the iPhone. The glasses have a field of view of 52 degrees at resolution 42 pixels per scale. For comparison, the Apple Vision Pro has an angular resolution of 34.
When watching a video, it is possible to stretch it to the size of a 154-inch TV. Maximum brightness is 500 nits. A 1080p resolution screen appears on each eye, with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

The gadget has two built-in 3D cameras to recognize the movements of hands and other objects. Developers know how to create applications that work in augmented reality.
Xreal Air 2 Ultra can be connected to iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S22/S23, macOS and Windows computers. [9to5]
