Business magazine Fortune has released its annual ranking of America’s most overrated and underrated CEOs. Elon Musk topped the anti rating of American CEOs for the second time in a row.

For the eighth time in a row, respondents named Satya Nadella as America’s most underrated CEO. The Google director highlighted successful investments in OpenAI and the successful closing of the deal to buy Activision Blizzard, despite the reluctance of antitrust regulators to approve it.
Fortune compiled the ranking based on data from a survey of several thousand senior managers and business analysts in the United States.
