Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs decided to block the resource due to the publication of information on drug production on one of the pages. On this basis, RKN included Steam in its database of prohibited resources. But after meeting all the requirements, the site was removed from the list of prohibited information.
“In connection with the fulfillment of Roskomnadzor’s request to remove information prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Internet page (of the Steam community) was removed from the register. The RKN press service said in a statement that Roskomnadzor did not restrict access to the specified page.
