MTS has opened applications to participate in the MTS Challenge, a search program for technological projects in the field of customer service. Selected startups will have the opportunity to launch a pilot together with the MTS ecosystem, receiving cost reimbursement of up to 1 million rubles.

The MTS StartUp Hub Investment and Innovation Center, which includes the MTS Corporate Venture Fund, announced the start of accepting applications to participate in the MTS Challenge. You can submit your application until April 3 on the program’s official website.
Startups that develop the following solutions are invited to participate:
- Wellness products for call center employees: team feedback collection and analysis services and stress reduction systems;
- education: employee micro-training systems and knowledge testing services;
- productivity increase: services to improve the productivity of chat support operators;
- marking and data analysis: call center call automation and data labeling, GenAI solutions for compiling summaries and determining sentiment in reviews and chat sessions, customer sentiment dashboards;
- Personnel management: Data-driven HR management systems and adaptation of call center staff;
- services for operators: tip collection, biometric authorization through Face ID, remote diagnosis of the workplace, systems for requesting additional work shifts, extra-work communication platforms with gamification and interest groups.
After collecting applications, MTS StartUp Hub experts will select relevant technologies, check compliance with business needs and, together with representatives of the MTS customer service department, interview startups.
Selected startups will have the opportunity to launch a pilot together with the MTS ecosystem, receiving cost reimbursement of up to 1 million rubles, as well as conclude a contract for the purchase of a solution, the creation of a joint product or an investment.

MTS StartUp Hub is the investment and innovation center of MTS. The main directions of the center are venture investments and business cooperation.
The MTS Corporate Venture Fund has existed for three years and invests in A+/B round stage startups that have strategic value for the MTS ecosystem. Among the key parameters when choosing projects are prospects for rapid growth and synergy with new business areas of the company. The fund’s investment geography includes emerging companies from Russia and the CIS countries. The investment amount ranges between 0.5 and 5 million dollars.
