Sovcombank recorded a record net profit for 2023. Its volume amounted to 95 billion rubles with an increase in interest margin of 35% and return on equity of 45%.

The volume of net profit received by Sovcombank in 2023 became a record in the entire history of the organization. The figure amounted to 95 billion rubles, as follows from the bank’s financial report.
About a third of the 95 billion rubles received were income from trading operations, the volume of which is difficult to predict. Sovcombank’s net interest income amounted to 139 billion rubles, representing a year-on-year growth of 35%.
The bank’s retail loan portfolio increased by 6% to 796 billion rubles, increasing mainly thanks to car loans (+65%) and mortgage loans (+36%).
Sovcombank expects to achieve a comparable profit result in 2024 and in 2025 it expects to achieve a new record in profit volume.
