Kicksharing service Whoosh recorded 1.7 times revenue growth in 2023. According to the company’s financial statements, the figure amounted to 10.73 billion rubles.
Whoosh’s net profit increased by 2.3 times to 1.94 billion rubles. EBITDA, considered one of the main indicators for assessing the profitability of a company’s business, amounted to 4.45 billion rubles, which represents a year-on-year increase of 36%.
At the end of 2022, Whoosh went public as a result of an IPO, which resulted in raising 2.1 billion rubles. The placement was carried out at the lower limit of the price range.
In November 2023, Whoosh shareholders approved a dividend program. For the nine months of 2023, the company paid investors 1.14 billion rubles.
