The company did not disclose the details of the transaction, but said the decision was related to the group’s strategic plans and the accompanying transformation. It will affect external and internal business processes and affect the overall positioning of the company.
According to Alexander Shokurov, CEO of the Kokoc group, cooperation with ArrowMedia has contributed to the development of the industry for 10 years. Despite the separation, the companies will maintain partnerships, but will be able to focus fully on their own development.
As Pavel Yurovitsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kokoc Group, clarified, in the coming years the group intends to cooperate with technology companies based on a platform business model. ArrowMedia, he said, has deep experience.
ArrowMedia noted that this step will provide new opportunities for the strategic development of both companies.
