Samsung launched the Galaxy Book4, part of the company’s new laptop series for 2024, in Brazil yesterday (23). Galaxy Book4 fits into the premium laptop segment with a metal design and relatively affordable prices.

The model stands out by being offered in different configurations that can be equipped with 13th generation Intel Core chips, as well as 8 or 16 GB RAM and 256 or 512 GB SSD. In addition to options with integrated graphics, there are also two options with GeForce MX570 4 GB GPU.

Galaxy Book4 has a solid build due to the case material but is relatively light and thin. The laptop has a 15.6-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate. Its weight is between 1.55 kg and 1.57 kg, depending on the configuration. The model also offers an update for storage.

In terms of connections, the Galaxy Book4 offers 1x RJ45, 2x USB 3.2, 2x USB-C, 1x HDMI 2.1, 1x P2 audio combo (phone and microphone), 1x MicroSD card reader, in addition to dual-band Wi-Fi. Bluetooth5.2.

Like other Samsung portables, the Galaxy Book4 offers a suite of company software that supports integration with other Galaxy devices, including the brand’s smartphones and tablets.

By easily mirroring the screen of their Galaxy phone or tablet to their laptop, users can open up to five Android apps simultaneously, as well as share files and access photos from Samsung Gallery.
