School staff take photos of the meals every day and upload them to a special mobile application. The neural network analyzes the photos, recognizes the dishes and compares them with the approved menu.
Nadezhda Kurtyanik stated that the accuracy of artificial intelligence in checking breakfasts is 95%, afternoon snacks 94%, lunch 97%.
