Scientists have found that waste from coal plants, oil companies, municipal solid waste, used tires and other industrial waste can be used to create coal-water slurry. This fuel is a mixture of solid and liquid hydrocarbons and water.

Experiments have shown that increasing the oxygen concentration during fuel combustion increases the flammability of the fuel and the intensity of combustion. The department noted that the use of oxygen combustion makes it possible to reduce the level of harmful emissions and achieve a high degree of fuel combustion.

The proposed technology not only enables efficient waste disposal but also provides cheap energy.
