Analysts assessed the number of non-seated establishments selling take-out soft drinks, including freshly squeezed and chilled juices, milk-based cocktails, yogurt, juices, fruits and vegetables.
According to Check Index, since the beginning of June, consumers have purchased juices and soft drinks 11% more than the previous year. The average bill increased by 9%, up to 198 rubles.
Aqua-White director Alexey Voinov says juice bars are a simple business with few barriers to entry. According to him, a point can be opened by investing between 500 thousand and 1.5 million rubles; there are no special requirements for personnel qualifications;
