Cyprus-listed Qiwi will hold its annual shareholders meeting on August 27, the company said in a press release.
The meeting will discuss the issue of changing the company’s name from Qiwi to NanduQ. It is also planned to approve the financial statements for 2023 and elect members of the board of directors.
In January 2024, Cypriot Qiwi plc sold Andrey Protopopov’s Russian company Fusion Factor Fintech for 23.7 billion rubles.
In February 2024, the Bank of Russia revoked Qiwi Bank’s license.
