The new site says companies will be able to find a worker that suits their needs and at a much cheaper price than through a recruitment agency.
Search specialists provide services to fill vacancies, present them to candidates and select suitable candidates with relevant experience.
It should be noted that, unlike recruitment agencies, it is not profitable for recruiters at hh Employees to delay the search for people, as this will affect their rating.
The price of the service consists of a fee for posting a request of 6 thousand rubles and a recruitment fee, the amount of which is determined by the client. hh notes that this is usually an average monthly salary of the candidate or more, while “the market average [агентства] They earn between 1.5 and 2 times the candidate’s average monthly salary.”
“The goal of the new hh.ru platform is to unite recruiters who are willing to work for smaller agencies and employers who have a low budget for recruitment. On the one hand, the “hh Employees” platform will feature owners of small and medium-sized businesses who cannot afford to hire employees from major recruiting agencies. On the other hand, recruiters with different experience: from young beginners who are willing to cooperate for a small fee, to qualified freelance recruiters with successful cases,” hh’s press service told RB.RU after the publication of the material.
They also clarified that on average the cost of selection “will be less than the salary of one employee.” The minimum price for using the service will be 15 thousand rubles, including the commission of the site and the cost of hiring one employee.
