The complex uses machines and blocks, as well as tools for dismantling finished products. The main working material is a strong cord made of ribbed textile, and plastic is metal. Both the frame of the future product and its filling are woven from it. It is important to know that their names are not separated, even if they are y, so everything woven can be unraveled like ordinary yarn, and then sent back to work.

Creating reliable knitted structures is not the easiest thing, Hiroshi spent a decade developing thoughtful and convenient knots. This process includes 3D printing, for example. The structure is based solely on virtual video blocks. The key difference is that the cord remains a single whole in the process, without separating into fragments, the finished product is “solidly knitted”.
The peculiarity of the technology is in the possibilities of its assembly – including for miniaturization of finished products due to the economical use of cords and this is quite good. Thanks to this, it is possible to create a variety of items, including reusable packaging. Such that can be washed and unraveled, something is made from this and is useful without special efforts, so as not to limit garbage.
