It should be noted that among the detected substances there are even those included in the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors controlled in the Russian Federation. There is criminal liability for their sale.

Other violations were also identified. About 60 thousand dietary supplements were sold on the markets without a state registration document. Many of these products were “placed” in the categories: “Food supplements”, “Sports nutrition”, “Medical nutrition” and others.

Dietary supplements were also identified that exceeded the thresholds for biologically active substances; it is not safe to use such drugs, as they cause an overdose.

Roskachestvo has sent information about violations to the markets. Cards for such products are already blocked in Ozon and Yandex.Market. In the near future, the department plans to submit to the State Commission for Combating Illegal Trafficking in Industrial Products issues related to a number of violations of the sale of goods disguised as dietary supplements.

Earlier, RB.RU reported that Roskachestvo has expanded the register of trusted online platforms. It currently includes Ozon, Perekrestok, Pyaterochka, Chizhik and Slata.
