According to reliable source Ice Universe, the S25 Ultra will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm, making it thinner than previous models but not as thin as the 7mm profile of the Galaxy S6.

In comparison, recent models like the Galaxy S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra were around 8.6-8.9mm thick. While the S25 Ultra’s slim design makes it stand out, it will still retain the familiar “premium” build with a titanium frame and Gorilla Glass on both sides, as well as IP68 water and dust resistance.

A camera update is also expected: the ultra-wide-angle lens will increase from 12MP to 50MP, the main 200MP sensor and dual 50MP telephoto lenses will remain. The selfie camera will remain at 12MP, and the battery will retain its 5,000mAh capacity, along with 45W fast charging.
