The hearing of Bakalchukov’s divorce case took place in Moscow’s Savyolovsky Court. The meeting was held behind closed doors and lasted no more than 15 minutes, the agency notes.
Tatyana Bakalchuk’s representative declined to comment on the trial; Vladislava Bakalchuk’s lawyer said the court would reconsider the case on October 16.
According to court records, the divorce petition was filed on July 30, but the court dismissed it without any progress. On August 26, the petition was again dismissed.
Vladislav Bakalchuk wrote on his Telegram channel that Tatyana changed the requirements for the division of property three times.
“At first, he demanded 100% of Wildberries, citing the interests of the children. Then he asked to pay more than 529 million rubles for a 1% stake and recognition of his rights to the entire company. And in the latest version of the lawsuit, the issue of Wildberries is not raised at all: he demands the division of only other property,” Bakalchuk said.
Tatyana Bakalchuk announced her divorce from her husband Vladislav on July 23 after a scandal broke out around their joint business. Vladislav Bakalchuk met with the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, and as a result of the conversation, the latter published an article about the “open and shameless seizure by raiders” of the Wildberries market.
The meeting between Kadyrov and Bakalchuk was preceded by news of the merger of Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ. The aim of the merger is to create a payment system “without going through SWIFT” for payments in rubles worldwide.
