The company said that the Redmi Note 14 Pro can withstand harsh conditions thanks to its high level of water and dust resistance.
The device has received IP66, IP68 and IP69 certification, which provides the highest protection against dust and water.
One of the posters claims that the smartphone can be held underwater for up to two meters for 24 hours without any damage, making it ideal for active use in a variety of conditions.
In addition, the smartphone will be protected against drops as its screen is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, which is highly resistant to impacts and scratches.
Xiaomi has promised “big changes” for the entire Redmi Note series, but details on the specifications have not yet been revealed. All details will be revealed at the presentation scheduled for September 26.
