Now the team will work under a new brand: The Edgers. As part of the changes, the positioning, corporate identity and company name are updated. The company also announced that it plans to expand its profile by strengthening the direction of strategic consulting for Russian and international companies.

The company’s new strategy includes 10 products divided into four key areas:

  • research services to evaluate compensation and remuneration (Executive Research),
  • selection of senior managers (Executive Search),
  • development of leaders and teams (Executive Development),
  • strategic consulting (Strategic Consulting).

As noted in the division, the strategy also involves developing partnerships with market leaders and consulting boutiques that have experience in various industries.

The Edgers plans to strengthen its position in the Russian market and achieve revenue of more than one billion rubles by 2025. According to its own data, the company is implementing projects in the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, and international expansion is one of their priorities. The objective is to increase the share of strategic consulting from 10% to 30% of total profits.

Odgers Berndtson Russia specialized in the search, development and strategic consulting of senior managers. The Moscow office was opened in spring 2001; Until 2009, work was carried out under the Pynes & Moerner brand. Its clients include X5, Sber, T-Bank, MTS, Sibur and Hoff.
