A preliminary court hearing on the divorce proceedings between Wildberries co-founders Tatyana Kim and Vladislav Bakalchuk took place on October 23 at the Savyolovsky Court in Moscow. Bakalchuk commented on the process.
“Tatiana asks to determine her share in the jointly acquired property at 99.5% and mine at 0.5%, supposedly such a distribution serves the interests of our children. Absurd, in my opinion, from a legal point of view,” the businessman wrote.
He also said he filed a countersuit asking to “divide everything equally – 50/50.” According to Bakalchuk, the court accepted the materials for consideration.
The next meeting is scheduled for November 8.
A preliminary hearing was held on October 16 in Moscow’s Savelovsky District Court on Kim’s divorce suit. Kim asked to determine his share in the jointly acquired property at 6/7 and Bakalchuk’s share at 1/7.
