Complaints began to arrive at approximately 16:15 Moscow time. Users have reported problems loading the app and sending messages.

The peak of complaints occurred at 16:30 Moscow time. At that time, almost 1.2 thousand users reported technical problems and network failures reached 3.79%.

Most reports of the failure came from Moscow and the Moscow region, the Nizhny Novgorod region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, Dagestan. Downdetector.su also reported problems with Telegram in Uzbekistan.

Telegram management has not yet commented on the crash reports.

Over the last month, Messenger failures have occurred regularly, also in Russia. In early October, the service’s management explained the technical problems as an “unprecedented load” on the platform due to hostilities in the Middle East.
