Musk’s lawyers tried to block them from filing a class-action lawsuit, but District Judge Maxine Chesney granted the lawsuit anyway.
The fired executives are demanding severance pay from Musk in the amount of his annual salary: $128 million, the lawsuit states.
Additionally, former technology chief executive Nicholas Caldwell also filed a lawsuit against Musk, demanding $20 million from the businessman as compensation for lost severance pay.
