Republican candidate Donald Trump, according to preliminary estimates, won in Arizona. It is the last of seven swing states, all of which Trump won.

As ABC News reports, citing the results of the vote count, Trump’s victory in the swing states brought him a total of 93 electoral votes.

Thus, the Republican obtained 312 electoral votes, while the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris obtained 226 votes.

According to the NY Times, after processing 87% of the ballots, Donald Trump wins 53% of the votes in Arizona compared to 46% for Harris.

This weekend, the president-elect’s press office said Trump formed a committee to oversee his inauguration. Florida investor Steven Witkoff and former Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler have been named co-chairs of the committee.

Donald Trump declared his election victory Wednesday while speaking to supporters at a rally in Florida. The inauguration of the new president will take place on January 20, 2025.
