The keyboard has 87 keys, including the Xbox logo button that provides quick access to the Windows panel. It uses durable dual-layer ABS covers and Kailh Jellyfish X switches with a matte UV coating. The 2000mAh battery promises up to 200 hours of battery life.
Additionally, 8BitDo also offers the Retro R8 Mouse – Xbox Edition, designed to complement the keyboard. The mouse features four customizable buttons, a PAW 3395 optical sensor with up to 26,000 DPI, and an adjustable polling rate. The kit also includes a charging dock.
The keyboard and mouse will be available in mid-January 2025.
