In September, the IT holding company presented the Yandex Concept service, which allows organizing joint work using interactive whiteboards. The company then reported that it was created using the Russian technological solution Pruffme. In the process of collaboration, Yandex agreed to “long-term strategic development already within the framework of Yandex 360.”

“The agreement will allow us to combine the experience of the Yandex and Pruffme teams and use it to further develop the Yandex 360 product line, including the Concept service and video communication tools. “This, in turn, will allow us to offer clients new opportunities to resolve personal and work-related issues,” the company said in a statement.

Pruffme’s solutions are reportedly available in the cloud and in an on-premises model: customers can deploy them on their servers.

Pruffme customers will retain full access to all tools and will be able to use the platform’s services under the same conditions.

  • Pruffme’s revenue at the end of 2023 amounted to 97.8 million rubles against 80.5 million rubles the previous year, net profit: 2.1 million rubles against a net loss of 3.6 million rubles in 2022.
