According to insider information, AMD’s former president Victor Pan, who left his position this summer, may be in the running for the company’s chairmanship.

Information about the possible appointment was published by the user IanCutress on the social network X.com, citing his own sources.

However, there is no confirmation from Intel yet. Among other candidates, the company’s interim leaders include: David Cisneo and Michelle Johnston Holthaus, who now share CEO responsibilities.

Despite personnel changes, Intel is not slowing down. Thus, the company continued to strengthen its position in the graphics accelerator market by launching new gaming graphics cards in the middle segment the other day.
