The most popular mobile operator among zoom users turned out to be T2 (formerly Tele2) – almost a third of subscribers between 14 and 28 years old use its services. This is stated in a study of the geosocial application Blink, reviewed by RB.RU.

Among the top 3 are MTS and Megafon, which are used by 27% and 17% of zoom users, respectively. Among the top five were Beeline (15% of Blink users) and T-Mobile, owned by T-Bank (5% of the app’s audience). About 4% of Zoom users use the services of Megafon’s subsidiary operator Yota.
T2 is most popular in the Kursk region: almost 80% of local doorbells are connected to this operator, which is the highest figure in the country. T2 is also popular in Central Russia and Siberia: the share of users is 74% in the Voronezh region, 67% in the Yaroslavl region, 65% in the Chelyabinsk region and 64% in the Omsk.
The popularity of MTS is located mainly in the south and east of Russia; For example, in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, 63% of Zoom users use the services of this operator. MTS is also in demand in the Penza region (59% of young people), the Chechen Republic (41%), the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (36%) and the Tyumen region (30%)
The Beeline subscriber base among zoomers is also located in the south, for example, in the Stavropol region (51% of users), Kabardino-Balkaria (38%) and the Astrakhan region (29%). The operator is also popular in Primorye (50%) and the Saratov region (41%).
Blink is a geosocial application that allows users to share their geolocation with friends in real time. 74% of the application’s users are between 12 and 24 years old.
