Eyewitnesses noted that the work of various mobile operators (Beeline, Tele2, MTS, Megafon and not only), sites and instant messengers affected failures. Currently, not all users can access internet resources and send messages.
This is not the first time that problems with internet services and mobile communications have occurred in Russia. One of the biggest events recently – the Russian Internet suffered a major failure on January 14. Later, the media wrote that the reasons could be attributed to the installation of Roskomnadzor equipment to control Internet traffic.
At the time of this failure, only single sources were available, for example the President of Russia and Telegram’s website.
