“Neuropolos are made on the basis of the Gigachat platform for business. Therefore, they do not respond to the workforce, but are based on an analysis of users’ requests and preferences, ”said the credit institution.
What do neuropodox do? The bank explained that attendees can make an optimal route to travel, suggest the best restaurants, help organize a tour and explain the nuances of various financial products. In addition, neuropus -helpers can teach mechanics of terminology and investment and help children in the study.
Plans for the future. According to Damir Battulin, senior vice president and director of digital channels at Bank Alfa, a credit institution intends to develop neuropolles, expanding their functionality and adapting them to the needs of customers.
In the first stage, and Android Alfa-Bank applications are available.

In particular, the credit institution has launched the alfagen of generative, with which any large cloud language model can connect to banking processes and integrate neural networks into the closed circuit of the bank.
- Previously, Alfa-Bank also reported that they began to test the Chinese Deepseek R1 neuronal network in their products based on artificial intelligence. The bank pointed out that they use generative to improve the quality, safety and speed of their digital products.
